HRO is about identifying the early heralds of failure, the flow of information about the child to those who can use it to the greatest effect, modeling the attitudes that will shape the child for years to come, and creating resilience and adaptability in the school system, teachers, and students. In this session we will identify and discuss those principles of HRO that we can begin using immediately.
